Artone earhook is an alternative to a wireless  
loopsets. A hands-free T/Loop adapter for two hearing
aids with microphone.

Ear Hooks offer clear phone conversations for hearing

background noise, since the inductive loop is located
in immediate proximity to the hearing aid receiver.
