Refund policy applies for the following products:

The refund policy does not apply to the following products:
Refund policy: Dear customer you have 7 day period to see if you like the product, in case you decided in this period of time
that the product is not helpful for you can return the product to Artone US facility. Please return the product in it's original
packaging, with all accessories. We will refund 100% of the product price. Please take in to account there is 10$ fee for
handling the order. The refund is 100% from the product price minus 10$ for handling. The postage of the product back
to our US facility is paid by the customer. We will refund the money after we receive a confirmation from our facility that the
product was returned and is in it's original condition, with out any indication of wear and tear.
The return product should be ship to our office in Israel.
In order for Artone products to work properly there are few prerequisites.
Users Hearing aid MUST have t-coil receiver. (Ask your audiologist )
Users Cell Phone must be Bluetooth enabled.
If those prerequisites are not met Artone products will not work!
